Chief Chemist Raymond P. Bower B.Sc., B.A., Dip. (Coating technology), Dip. (Pharmaceutical Quality Assurance and Quality Control) is a scientist specializing in Chemistry & Formulations with mastery of rosin, resin and varnish coating technologies. For the past 15 years he has worked in the technical, food, and pharmaceutical grade coating industry as a quality control and quality assurance officer, regulatory affairs officer, production chemist, formulator, research & development scientist, and operational plant manager. Mr. Bower has presented papers internationally and worked in laboratories in North America and Europe. Several times during his career Mr. Bower has developed and implemented evolutionary technologies that are still applied in their respective industries. Mr. Bower holds standing membership in TOSCOT (the Toronto Society of Coating Technologies), FSCT (Federation Society of Coating Technologies), PGS (Pharmaceutical Group Society), ASTM (American Society for Testing and Materials), API (Alliance of Polyurethane Industries) and TRFA (Thermoset Resin Formulation Association).

Chief Executive Officer Peter Oberwasserlechner has more than 10 years of project management, business development, marketing, strategic planning and logistics experience in both the consumer and business to business worlds. Mr. Oberwasserlechner has also managed the implementation of systems in the areas of manufacturing, transportation, product supply, retail organization, and service systems.

Chief Financial Officer Mr. Andre D. G. Heyliger is a Certified General Accountant of Canada, resident in Bermuda. His principal activities are in the structuring investment transactions for a broad client base. Over the past twenty-five years, Mr. Heyliger has acquired an extensive range of business skills ranging from SEC compliance to investment banking through positions onshore and offshore Bermuda. He served as a chief financial officer of a division of a European finance and reinsurance multinational. Mr. Heyliger is president and/or chairman of several international companies. He also continues to serve on a number of charitable committees and government boards in Bermuda.

Chief Information Officer Greg Gryszkiewicz has over twelve years of Information Technology experience with Transportation, B2B Commerce and Financial Industries. He designed, developed and managed state of the art highly available infrastructure designs with emphasis on business continuity, high availability, disaster recovery and service level architecture. Mr. Gryszkiewicz is well versed in converged data, security, virtualization technologies as well as corporate compliance and ITIL.
